what the?

It's been very dark in the hallway for the last 5-6 days.  Pretty hard to see in here. 

I was just about to replace the bulb when I realized it had not gone out by natural causes.
There are several ways something like this could happen. 
I saw one of those ways on TV recently.

PARTY !!!!!

This is totally amazing.

My neighbors rented some bright lights and a DJ and threw a big loud party; a 21st birthday party (actually incredibly sweet). The building's breakers were not down with the power needs for the party, so one guy at the party tapped into some amazing jimmy-rigging skills to bypass the breakers, somehow using this yellow cut-off.

The amazing part was the fact that the whole thing materialized in a couple of hours and disappeared without a trace. Not a bit of residue, aside from this power cord.

but it just keeps on going...
